Terms and Conditions of TripRex
1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by DRS Explore.
1.2. A booking amount, deposit, or full payment may be
required at the time of reservation, depending on the selected package and
supplier requirements.
1.3. Package prices are subject to change due to
fluctuations in transportation costs, hotel rates, government taxes, currency
exchange rates, or other unforeseen factors.
1.4. Full payment must be completed within the specified
deadline to confirm and secure the booking. Failure to make payment may result
in automatic cancellation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation policies vary according to the destination, package, airline, hotel, transport provider, and other suppliers.
2.2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
via email or through official communication channels.
2.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according
to supplier cancellation policies after deducting applicable service charges,
transaction fees, and cancellation charges.
2.4. No refund shall be provided for unused services after
the commencement of the tour.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and
carrying valid passports, visas, permits, identification documents, vaccination
certificates, travel insurance, and any other required travel documents.
3.2. DRS Explore shall not be held responsible for losses,
expenses, denied boarding, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete,
invalid, or expired travel documents.
3.3. Travelers must comply with all destination-specific
immigration, customs, health, and safety regulations.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. DRS Explore reserves the right to modify itineraries,
accommodations, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or travel arrangements
due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. In such cases, reasonable alternative arrangements of
similar standard will be provided wherever possible.
4.3. Any modifications requested by the traveler after
confirmation may be subject to additional charges and availability.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. DRS Explore acts only as an intermediary between
travelers and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels,
transport operators, cruise companies, visa agencies, and activity providers.
5.2. DRS Explore shall not be liable for any loss, injury,
accident, delay, baggage loss, theft, cancellation, schedule change, or damages
caused by third-party suppliers.
5.3. Travelers are responsible for their personal
belongings, health, safety, and compliance with local laws and regulations
during the trip.
5.4. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic and international travel.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. DRS Explore shall not be responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, losses, or cancellations resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, war, government restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, or transportation disruptions.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. DRS Explore respects the privacy of its customers and
handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection
laws.
7.2. By using our services, customers consent to the collection, processing, and use of information required for booking, travel arrangements, customer support, and legal compliance.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
9.Acceptance of Terms
9.1. By booking any service, package, or travel arrangement through DRS Explore, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
9.2. DRS Explore reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
